As financial turnaround experts, we provide related advisory services to bring about resolution via special situation investors or sale of assets/company, including raising capital for future working capital requirements.

We do not have any other business so you can understand how critical it is for us to do this one job really well.

Now, how do we go about doing what we do?

First, we meet you and understand your version of the situation.

Pardon us for saying ‘you’ but we expect that if you are reading this then you may be needing our services.

Second, we study your documents.

Once we have completed these two steps, we share our findings and suggest a roadmap for the turnaround.

It is only after you agree to the roadmap that we take on the mandate and start the advisory.

Ours is a very simple promise: If we sign the mandate, we deliver.

And, if we cannot deliver in six months, we return the signing amount automatically to client’s account.

As you can see, we like to keep it very simple!
